Integrating soul and business & inspiring leadership

The world is changing at an ever-increasing pace. Matching innovation with our true human needs is becoming increasingly challenging.

As individuals, parents or entrepreneurs – We have the power to evolve with a growing awareness of ourselves, of the cultures we create, the
organizations we lead and the relationships we support.

Many choose to ignore the challenge and use technology as a
distraction, becoming misaligned. Leaders choose to awake and create a future of beauty: Aligning possiblities, humanity and purpose.

It takes courage to awake, to be aware and to transform. To become inspired and be an inspiration. To be a true leader.

About Loes

Aligning people and their organizations

When people ask me where I feel home, my answer is: I am a World Citizen. I originate from a diversity of cultures, being born in Surinam with Chinese, Indian, African, Dutch and Indonesian roots, and being raised in the Netherlands. I received a holistic education by a spiritual father and an academic study as clinical & health psychologist and a system- and relationship therapist. I am a mother of two beautiful children, Diego and Hayley, and in a loving and nurturing relationship with my fiancé Stefan. I consider myself to be a spiritual being with a very solid base in the practical world.

As an entrepreneur, I have been involved in building three internationally operating companies. Today, with 20 years’ experience as
an international clinical and organizational psychologist, my life’s mission and passion is to inspire people, relationships and organizations.

Why

Integrating soul and business & inspiring leadership

Plants (just like people, cultures and organizations) have a natural intrinsic tendency to grow. Their growth speed, health, bloom and vulnerability all depend on the surrounding ecosystem – the culture. In order to develop and flourish, a plant needs light and a sustainable environment of nurture and care.

This is not different for people and organizations. We need to shine light on unconscious processes in order for them to become conscious, create a focus on where to grow and raise awareness for detecting sickness. Only then we are able to transform, flourish and truly lead.

What

Aligning people and their organizations

Transformation takes time. Under normal circumstances and without coaching, a realistic timeframe is up to 5 years. However, this goal can be achieved in one year with the help of an experienced coach and a professional development program – provided that there is full commitment of all participants. There is no quick fix. It is a decision of quality over quantity and true commitment to change and growth.

It all starts with finding your own truth. We will go into a 360 degree assessment and dive deep into the people, the organization and the culture. Look at things the way they are, not worse and not better. Then, the journey starts – Building, integrating, inspiring.

To transform life, we need to transform our own consciousness. Transform the way we perceive the world, with different believes and matching emotions. This takes a lot of courage and trust, which is why it is called the Hero’s Journey.

The more we are willing to change our current perception of the world and to open up to our Inner Light, the easier and more natural the transformation goes. I support and mentor people in developing this skill.

„The methods taught in the Unleash The Leader Within program are invaluable. I will use what I have learned to be a better leader for my team by leading conversations I have not in the past. It taught me how to evaluate my conversations, manage my employees better, and communicate more effectively.“

— CRC Manager, Wake Forest Baptist Health

It created stronger and more meaningful relationships with colleagues and offered excellent problem solving and communication skills to enhance and enrich current relationships and to foster healthy approaches to new relationships – both on business and on personal levels.“

„Our company had become a very difficult place to work, the concern was no longer the patient by admin; it’s only and always about the revenue and margins. Many of us were looking elsewhere for opportunities. The Forum experience has caused me to pause and think differently. I’m asking different questions and look forward to more Forums in the future.“
